The login interface is customisable to each reseller’s brand identity. When the client logs into the software application they will view the Revoco dashboard which is also customisable to the client’s brand identity. This feature allows brand consistency for the resellers and their clients.
How it works
Calls are captured in the Revoco database when calls are received or made. When a user logs into the application they will view these unallocated calls on the Revoco Telephony dashboard. The user is able to view the calls for one or many extension.
Each call requires the user’s action, either to allocate a call for private or business. Private calls are not allocated to an account and therefore not billed. If a call is for business purposes then the user will allocate the call to an account with the default call rate which is editable.
The software application went through a rigorous UX process and the user’s ability to action their call with ease has been placed at the heart of the UX. The search and filtering options make it easy to group calls and allocate them using the batch allocation to speed up the user’s workflow.
