How it works
The application allows the admin to create a checklist using a from builder. Each company using this application will have different formats as well as the clients they service. Once a checklist is created the user can complete it or assign it to another user. Each checklist can be downloaded and verified. The lifestyle of a form is created, assigned, in progress and completed with the option to archive old ones that are no longer in use.
Based on the metrics setup in the admin, the system will create live reporting on the checklist data captured.
