inteliPOS is a point of sale business solutions designed to manage your hospitality & retail operations. The inteliPOS iOS app has placed the client’s data in their pocket. At any given time, a client can select one of their sites and view its performance.


Both applications are built on native operating system languages, Swift for iOS and Kotlin for Android. All data is dynamic and passed from the client’s live servers and physical canteen point of sale devices. The communication to the server is done over encrypted JSON.

How it works

The inteliPOS iOS application allows site owners to view the live data for their day-to-day operations. The dashboard will provide an overview of today’s turnover and best-selling items the second a sale is created. The multiple graphs and data page available on the application gives turnover clarity by day, month or year.

The end-user, the people that order from these sites, have the option to register and load their account to view their balance. On the user dashboard a QR Code is generated to allow the users to pay using it. This is a big step forward to combat COVID-19 as users do not need to use cash or cards to pay. Users can top-up using QR Code at cash loader machines or use standard payment methods like credit card, EFT, Zapper, SnapScan and more. The user can place orders by selecting their department, categories and items into a cart before checking out. The user is also able to place orders from their respective restaurants and view full statement and invoice history.
