Technology
Built on the RemoteShop framework. The framework uses the latest in JavaScript technology. The frontend is created using ReactJS and SailsJS for the backend. The API layer connects to Sage/Pastel via the Letsap Connector. Some of the data is synchronised to a local MongoDB storage for fast data processing, other data like prices and stock quantity is displayed live.
How it works
The KMQ website is visible to all users but limited product information is displayed until you have a Sage/Pastel account created with KMQ. Once you are a registered user, you are able to login and process orders. You will see full product information, price structure depending on your purchase power, quantities by variants and also all the different printing locations per item and their prices.
In the cart you are able to create a quote or oder. If an order is selected then you have multiple options to pay now using your account credits, credit card, instant EFT or choose pay later. The deliver is based on your cart total, KMQ delivers, places it in a collection hub or you collect.
As a login customer, you have access to your account details, multiple delivery address to ship to and all accounting features listed below.
