How it works
Keeping track of staff time spent at client sites is vital to the business. Knowing how much time is spent compared to the contracted hours allows the company to bill clients accurately. If service hours exceed the contract, the agreement can be renegotiated, and any excess time can be billed at the agreed ad-hoc overtime rate.
Depending on the service rendered, the application will display the specific fields the technician needs to complete. This ensures that the client receives complete transparency regarding the service provided.
Functionality
- Users view their own timesheets entries
- Timesheet entries are editable
- User will see the total of hours logged per client and per week to meet heir targets
- Admin will view all user entries
- Admin will process an entry which is then not editable anymore
- Exports to XLS reports
